HR MANAGER

ABOUT OUR TEAM

With nearly 300 years of combined HR experience, our team has developed the systems and expertise to support restaurant owners and operators nationwide to take better care of their people. We turn disorganization into structure and uncertainty into confidence by creating people systems, building leadership capacity, and contributing to overall HR compliance and success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

HR is anything but boring! So, if you love detailed tasks mixed with a healthy dose of out-of-the-box thinking, then the HR Manager (HRM) role is a great fit. The checklist-lover in you will enjoy managing the day-to-day HR, payroll, and benefits administration for two to three clients. You’ll also guide their employee relations, from extended leave requests to harassment and discrimination complaints. Your creative and adaptable personality can shine brightly here as the clients look to you to lead the way, navigating legal regulations and explaining their options.

You’ll get to know and anticipate their every need through weekly meetings with your clients, typically via conference or Zoom calls. Before long, you’ll confidently suggest tailored solutions to prevent and solve their problems and empower them to develop better organizational habits. Every day brings new opportunities to make a real difference, ensuring our clients’ businesses run smoothly and their teams feel supported and valued.

You’ll join our rapidly growing company with teammates throughout the United States. But you won’t get lost in the shuffle or feel alone here! You’ll join a “supergroup” comprised of 8-10 of your fellow HRMs. With fun team names like the Biscuit & Gravy Brigade and Troop Beverly Hills, this group will provide support, feedback, and even conversation during a virtual lunch date. All HRMs report directly to one of our phenomenal Director of HR Operations.
