HR Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

If you love detailed tasks mixed with a healthy dose of out-of-the-box thinking, the HR Manager (HRM) role is a great fit. The checklist-lover in you will enjoy managing the day-to-day HR, payroll, and benefits administration for two to three clients, while also guiding employee relations matters ranging from extended leave requests to harassment and discrimination complaints. Your creative and adaptable personality will shine as clients look to you to lead the way navigating compliance regulations and clearly explaining their options.

You’ll get to know and anticipate your clients’ needs through weekly virtual meetings and will soon be confidently suggesting tailored solutions to prevent and solve problems while empowering better organizational habits. Every day brings new opportunities to make a real difference, ensuring our clients’ businesses run smoothly and their teams feel supported and valued.

You’ll join our rapidly growing company with teammates throughout the country, but you won’t get lost in the shuffle. You’ll be part of a “supergroup” of 8–10 fellow HRMs. With fun team names like Biscuits & Gravy Brigade and The Caffeinated Bandits, this group will provide support, feedback, and connection, all while reporting directly to one of our phenomenal Directors of HR Operations.
